Phyllis Sicora joined the Academy in 2004 as evaluation coordinator. She has many years’ experience in administrative account management.

As the Academy’s evaluation coordinator, Ms. Sicora is responsible for tabulating and summarizing program evaluations, for grading of posttests from enduring materials, and for issuance of continuing medical education/continuing education (CME/CE) certificates to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals. In addition, she maintains the database of credits issued to participants. Ms. Sicora calls on her considerable experience in the area of customer service in interacting with physicians, pharmacists, and nurses who participate in the Academy’s CME/CE activities.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and business administration from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
